You are allowed to open the package while the courier is waiting to try on the items.
Refund, free of charge, is allowed while the courier is at your door during the delivery process.
Please check the items well and notify the courier of any issues.

- If you received the item & decided to return or exchange it within 4 days, you will be charged for return/exchange shipping fees based on your city; the rest of the money will be refunded to you.
- Return and Exchange take the same delivery time frame 4-7 working days as like the normal order.
- If there is something wrong with the item received, we will exchange the item without any extra fees. Please provide us with information about the order defect as soon as you receive it.
- If you received the item & you would like to exchange the size, we will exchange the size without any extra fees.
- For returns or exchange, item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- During sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or refunded.
